It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Mr. Will Jasper, longtime Fairfax County Library Trustee for Lee District. Mr. Jasper passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2020, after a brief illness.
His funeral will be held at Alfred Street Baptist Church in Alexandria on Friday October 16th.
Mr. Jasper was first appointed in March 2004 to the Fairfax County Public Library Board of Trustees and represented the Lee District for 16 years. He also served as an ex-officio member of the Fairfax Library Foundation Board of Directors for 8 years as the representative for the Fairfax County Public Library Board of Trustees.
We will truly miss his commitment to service and his passion for our library.
