November 30, 2021 — Fairfax Library Foundation was among 18 local nonprofits, six in Northern Virginia, receiving a $5,000 Cox Charities Community Grant this year.

The grants are made possible through the generosity and kindness of individual Cox Virginia employees and are presented to nonprofits chosen for their impact in their communities. Not only are the grants completely funded by employee donations, but employees also volunteer their time to read applications and vote to select the recipients.
